Labels we apply

AI Enhanced — exposure, color, clarity and perspective corrections only. Virtually Staged — movable furniture and decor have been added digitally.

Digitally Decluttered — loose clutter and personal items have been removed digitally; main furniture and property condition should remain unchanged. Day-to-Dusk · AI Altered — daytime sky and lighting have been changed digitally to simulate twilight. Landscaping · AI Altered — lawn and plantings have been digitally refreshed; the home and hardscape should remain unchanged. AI Edited — the photo was changed according to a custom request.

Your original is always kept

We store your original upload unchanged so you can publish it alongside the altered version where your market requires it (for example, California requires disclosure and access to the unaltered image for digitally altered listing photos).
