ListingShot AI is a subsidiary of Haven Springs LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how ListingShot AI and Haven Springs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, import listing photos, use our photo tools, or purchase a subscription.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, account identifiers, and information supplied through your selected sign-in provider.
• Photos and requests: uploaded or imported photos, listing URLs you submit, selected editing modes and styles, generated images, and associated processing records. Photos may contain personal information such as faces, addresses, belongings, or embedded metadata.
• Purchase information: payment-provider customer and transaction identifiers, subscription status, amounts, billing periods, credit activity, and referral eligibility. Stripe processes card details; we do not receive your full card number.
• Technical and usage information: guest identifiers, browser and device characteristics used to create a lightweight fingerprint, a one-way hash of your IP address used for preview-abuse prevention, usage events, diagnostic information, and campaign or referral attribution. Hosting and other infrastructure providers may process IP addresses when handling requests.
• Communications: information you provide when contacting us or making a support or privacy request.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide photo transformations and downloads, authenticate accounts, manage subscriptions and credits, attribute referrals, administer promotional offers, prevent fraud and misuse, investigate errors, improve the Service, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not require an account for the available free watermarked preview, but technical identifiers and processing records are still collected.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, legal obligations, or consent when required. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

3. Photo processing and listing imports

We send submitted photos and editing instructions to AI processing providers to generate requested results. Listing imports send the URL you submit to Firecrawl to retrieve accessible listing content and photo links. Imported photos are then processed through the same photo tools as uploads. A public listing may still include personal information or copyrighted material; submit only content you are authorized to use.

Originals and clean generated results are stored in private storage. Watermarked previews and time-limited download links are provided according to your access permissions; clean downloads require the applicable credit unlock. A person who obtains an active link may be able to access the linked image until it expires, so do not share private links unnecessarily.

AI and infrastructure providers process information under their applicable terms and data-handling practices. This policy does not make a blanket promise about every provider's retention or model-training practices. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your photo request.

4. Sharing and service providers

We share information as needed with hosting, storage, authentication, AI-processing, listing-retrieval, and payment providers to deliver the Service. These include Lovable Cloud and its infrastructure providers, the AI providers used through our processing gateway, Firecrawl for listing imports, Stripe for payments, and Google when you choose Google sign-in.

Information may also be disclosed to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality obligations. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer, information may be transferred subject to applicable privacy protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The Service and its providers use cookies or similar technologies, including local and session storage, to maintain sign-in, remember guest preview identifiers, preserve sign-in destinations, and record campaign and referral attribution. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking or clearing them may affect sign-in, attribution, and the free-preview experience and does not delete server-side records or restore preview eligibility.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed to provide the Service, maintain account and credit records, meet tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for keeping it. We do not promise automatic deletion of guest photos after a fixed number of days. Payment, fraud-prevention, and legally required records may be retained after an account or photo deletion request; backup copies may remain until routine replacement.

You may request deletion of your account, photos, or other personal information using the contact method below. We may need to verify your identity and explain any lawful retention exceptions. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete your account or photos, and clearing browser storage does not delete uploaded images.

7. Security and international processing

We use access controls, private photo storage, and time-limited links to help protect information. No online service, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials and download links private.

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, international processing must be subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable law.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about your request. These rights are subject to applicable legal exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Use account billing controls to manage your subscription. For other privacy requests, use the contact method below and describe the request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing personal information. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of authority.

9. Children and third-party sites

The Service is intended for adults with legal capacity to enter a contract and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Third-party websites and services, including listing platforms and payment or sign-in providers, have their own privacy policies; this policy does not govern their independent practices.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where required by law.
